However, the usual maintenance and operation experience of the skilled workers can extend the use time of the machine, thereby indirectly saving the company's production costs. In particular, many factories are now requesting low-voltage protection and debugging of injection molding machines. In fact, most of the technicians are not quick and good to adjust the low-pressure adjustment. In fact, for the "old driver", it is in the low-pressure regulation. It can greatly save the adjustment time and provide better support for production performance.
The following six steps are very simple and straightforward to tell you how to debug the low pressure protection of the injection molding machine.
01, Adjust the clamping pressure attention point
Adjust the clamping pressure to the required pressure and see it from the pressure gauge. For example, we need 120KG clamping pressure, first straighten the arm and adjust the thickness of the mold until the clamping pressure reaches 120KG on the pressure gauge and then move to the next step.
02, Set a reasonable mold opening distance
Setting the mold opening distance The mold opening distance is not as far as possible, so that the product is not touched. Note that the setting of the mold opening buffer must be based on the mold opening speed to determine the length of the buffer, the faster the speed, the farther the buffer.
03, Pay attention to mold opening speed
The first section of the mold opening slow speed is generally set according to the low pressure starting position. Note that if there is a pumping heart, a row position, etc., it is better to increase the mold clamping position by 5 mm.
04, Control the position of the clamping
The fast position of the clamping mode can be transferred to the fast clamping mode after the clamping mode is started. The accuracy of the injection molding machine is used to determine the size of the fast tail position. The higher the precision, the smaller the position. Generally set 20--40MM before the start of the low pressure position.
05, Pay attention to the clamping pressure speed
First, the high pressure pressure of the clamping mold is reset to 0, and then the mold is manually clamped to see how much the mold is completely attached to the front mold. For example, the front and rear mold fitting position is 1.3MM, and the setting position is generally 1.4MM. When the set position is the same as the actual position, it is easy to false alarm, and too much will lose the low voltage protection.
06, Restore high pressure speed
Restore high pressure and speed. Needless to say, this action. The reply is OK. The whole low-voltage protection setting is completed. After the completion, the white paper is tested. If the white paper is not closed, it is OK. If the mold is closed, the low pressure position will be reduced or the speed pressure will be reduced. The entire commissioning cycle does not exceed 5 minutes.
