To be more accurate, the weight of the product will also be considered. Product weight, PP material is calculated at 70% of the maximum injection capacity of the injection molding machine. In the case of POM and nylon, it can reach 80% of the maximum injection volume. Keep it simple, all are calculated at 70%.

As for the clamping force and injection pressure, generally your mold can be put down, and the clamping force is sufficient. The injection pressure can be adjusted, but these problems are not big.
