In the joint operation, the position of the temperature sensor in the mold is very important. When the user places the temperature sensor, the shape, structure and orientation of the cooling channel must be considered first. In addition, the temperature sensor cannot be placed at random and should be placed where the quality of the molded part is decisive. There are many ways to connect one or more high temperature molds to the manipulator.

1. After the pump is opened, the low liquid level indicator is on, but the pump does not start. What is going on?

Perhaps the reason: the fuel tank heat is lacking kerosene, the hydration pressure is lacking (2KGF/CM2), and the low pressure value is set higher than the normal value.

Solution: Add hot kerosene to the fuel tank, add it all the time, add it to the alarm sound; increase the water pressure, add it all the time, and add it to the stop; finally, set the low pressure switch again.

2. The power indicator does not respond after power-on.

There may be a steady burnout, or there may be a problem with the main power supply, or maybe the transformer is faulty, or the circuit board may be damaged. If all the above problems are removed, then the other lines are out of order.

Solution: Replace the new security, view the main power supply, replace the transformer and circuit board, and view other circuits.

3, high temperature mold temperature machine overload

Perhaps the reason: the dispatching overload current protector does not pass the adjustment, and the air switch burns out the phase.

Solution: first check the current, if the current is no problem, increase the current control of the overload current protector. If there is a problem with the current, then check the air switch to see if the air switch is out of phase, if the air switch is missing Replace it.
