The production speed of injection molding machines is not the most important indicator.

The energy saving of the injection molding machine can be divided into a power part and a heating part.

1. Power part energy saving

The method is to use the frequency converter in the equipment, and the specific operation principle is to save the residual energy of the motor. For example: the actual power of the motor is 50Hz. In the process of production, only 30Hz is enough, and the excess energy consumption will be wasted. The frequency converter is based on the actual production needs, by changing the power output of the motor, thereby achieving the effect of energy saving.

2, Heating part of energy saving

Generally, the energy saving of the heating part is energy-saving by the electromagnetic heater, which is about 30%-70% energy saving compared with the old resistor ring.
